Noelani was born in Honolulu and moved to the Windward side when she was five years old. Other than the several years of travel away from the Islands, Noe has been a devoted "Kailua Girl" now for many decades. Lanikai, a neighborhood of Kailua, is where she resides with her contractor husband.

Noelani brings to Carvill & Company a wide array of life experiences. She attended Kailua High School, performing and traveling with their famed Madrigal Singers. She was active in local community theater groups while in high school and at the University of Hawaii. She went on to major in theater and dance at Arizona State University and spent a period of time in professional theater.

Living in Germany for two years and traveling extensively throughout most of Europe, Istanbul, Kenya, Egypt and the Seychelle Islands has been one of her greatest life experiences. Along with her enthusiasm for travel and investigating new cultures, she devotes time to the environment and her love for theater and music. She also enjoys deep sea fishing with her husband Peter and "thrives" on finding great real estate for her clients. Noe is a member of The Hawaii Nature Conservancy, The Honolulu Humane Society, The Hawaii Theater Center, Historic Hawaii, The Academy of Arts and The Contemporary Museum.

She has been in residential sales since 1980 and is currently a licensed sales agent in Texas and a licensed broker in the state of Hawaii.
